1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and an additional fee. Guests who stay past the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their own place of residence. Please contact us directly if you wish to book a stay in your local area.

3. Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes), the consumption of cannabis/marijuana, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. This also applies to all common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of at least €300 to cover the costs of deep cleaning and damage repairs. Higher costs will be charged based on an official estimate if additional effort is required.

4. Commercial photography/videography without prior written permission and illegal activities are strictly forbidden.

5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge a fee of €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional special cleaning fee.
